  Hi! Welcome back to my blog. Today I am going write about changes to my study program. Offfffff! Currently I had 8 subjects: Linear algebra; computing; Statistics and data analysis; Physicochemical 1; English IV; Analytical chemistry 2, Accounting and Cost Management, Commercial Management; and Practice 1. If I could change my study program, I would like to remove Physicochemical 1, because I feel I don not doing my best on that signature, but I can’t do anything about it because the time to remove signatures end the last week. I think I just must change the way I study, maybe I would try some study methods to try to improve my academic performance and order my study and rest hours. Currently I don’t use any study methods because I don’t know anyone but, I need to do something about it. I think my way to study it is basically trying to study hard on the night because I do a lot of things in my house ( because my mom it is not at home now and my dad and my brother don’t help me

Hi! Welcome back to my blog. Today I am going write about the future.   If i could travel to the future I would like to go first to march of this year, so I can see if I’m closing my semester in a good way, that’s something that I think we all want to know everytime.  But if I had to think about something more meaningful, I would like to go 10 years in the future and see how am I, how is my family and my friends (that makes a little difficult to say where I would like to go, since we all could be in different places at that time).  I hope we all still together and keep the love we have to each other. I also want to know if we, as humanity, managed to deal with the serious problems we have today, as global warming, the people that have no access to food or water, the war in some parts of the world, an many others. I have the impression right know that our generation is going to make a change.  It is hard to decide if I would like to stay in the future ,but I think I would say no, beca

  Hi! Welcome back to my blog. Today I am going write about my future job. Offf! I don’t have any idea about my future job, I would like to work on the area of quality or sensory evaluation. I like my future job could be on an important food industry like Nestlé or BredenMaster or Carozzi or maybe on an important supermarket like Walmart or the supermarkets of Cencosud. I would like my first job were here on Santiago the Chile, but for my futures works I would them were on the food industries at south of Chile and to be able to have the opportunity to know the country by working or even to be able to travel and know other countries by working.   I would like the job were indoors, I mean to work inside the industry. I also would like to my job could give a lot of money. I don’t know about the salary for a food engineering, but I know it is much less than the salary of pharmaceutical chemicals :’(.   Hi! Welcome back to my blog. Today I am going write about my first professional practice. I’m very excited and terrified for my first practice as food engineer. I’m just on their year at university so this practice is not very demanding in terms of what a food engineer should know, more than anything it is to know a little more about the career, the second practice is to work on itself as a food engineer would. I’m going to do my practice on February at Jumbo’s supermarkets, the area that I choose was quality and perishables. I know just a little about the quality area on food engineering, but I found them very interesting. I imagine that I will work to supervise the food storage warehouses, that they comply with the sanitary regulations and the corresponding labeling. I hope this will be a very nice experience and that it will help me learn as a future professional I also hope not to make many mistakes and to be able to give a good impression to my tutor.   Hi! Welcome back to my blog. Today I am going write about my major and why I chose it. First, I have to say I am studying food engineer. If someone ask me Why I choose my major, my answer will be “I just thought food engineering sound good” or “because when I was looking for information about this career I thought a food engineering was that professional who makes food for astronauts”, but the real answer is I don’t have idea why I believe study food engineering could be a good idea, but in this 3 years at university I could say I do not regret about my choice. In this 3 years at university I learn a lot about studies of food properties, how much the food industry impacts the environment and how are so many millions of tons of food waste per year worldwide and in parallel there are so many millions of people who die from lack of food. Hi! Welcome back to my blog. Today I am going write about one of my best holidays. I remember its was on 2015, I was 15 years old, and I went to visit my grandmother in Arica for Christmas and new year. I went with my brother Pedro; he was 15 years old. We went just for 2 weeks (from December 20, 2015 to January 3, 2016). We didn’t   any interesting activity on those holidays, we just went to the beach and spend time in my grandmother’s house helping her with everything. At today that was our lasts travel to Arica, so currently I don’t see my grandmother in the last 6 years. For the next 4 summer vacations me and my brother work together( with the permission of my parents) in a bookstore to save money for our studies after finishing high school. I thinks this holiday was the most important for me because I think on those vacations, I improved my sibling relationship and it left me good memories of my grandmother. Hi everybody!  it’s been a while since my last post, but I’m back! Today  I will talk about which country I would like to travel. As many of you know I’m Chilean and I love my country and Latin-American too. One of my life goals it’s travel through all countries of America starting by Chile. Currently the country I would like to visit again is Peru. I went to Peru with my family in 8 or 10 times in the last 10 years.  I visit some cities like Tacna, Arequipa, Puno, Cusco, Ayacucho, Ica and Moquegua and I want to return as many the times as necessary to finally could say “ I know the entire Peru”. A picture of my brother and I in Cusco on July 2015 I think I am in love with Peru because my mom’s family are from Arica, near to Peru, and I in my memories I remember my family and I spending all my holydays traveling to Tacna and eating delicious Peruvian food. Other thinks that makes me love Peru it’s the culture, and the Andina cosmovision. Maybe I can’t travel to Peru in the next 4 years
